TEAM SUNJIN Recruit
We always has its door open to newcomers and experienced progessionals. They will go through 12 weeks of internship and probation period, and after feedback evaluation, they will officially become full-time employees. We will be conducting a 3-month onboarding and OJT (On-the-Job Training) program.
Performance evaluation / Reward system
Team Sunjin conducts one-on-one performance coaching to understand the goals and plans of each division, team, and individual, and measure the performance and contribution in order to decide promotion and wage. Our organization is structured by roles: Associate, Task Leader, Project Leader, Solution Leader, and Business Leader. Incentive will be provided to divisions, teams, or individuals based on yearly performance evaluation in the forms of profit sharing or productivity incentive. Additionally, through the 'Incentive 6' program, we provide ongoing rewards for outstanding contributions to Growth, Quality, and Change.
